4Returns & Refunds
We offer a straightforward 30 days from the date of delivery return window for eligible items.
| Standard Items | You have the right to return unused, unwashed, and unopened items within 30 days from the date of delivery of receipt. |

5No Restocking Fees
In the event of an eligible return, New York Vintage Inc charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns on eligible items.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
