Sizing, shipping and returns
How do I pick a size?
Every listing carries the maker's own measurement chart in inches. Measure a garment you already own flat across the chest and match that number rather than guessing from S/M/L, which varies a lot between brands.
Do you ship outside New York?
Yes. We ship to all 50 US states. Orders over $49 ship free; below that it is a flat $3.99.
Can I return something that does not fit?
You have 30 days from delivery and the piece needs to be unworn with its tags on. Return postage for a change of mind or a sizing swap is paid by you; if we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, we cover the return shipping.
Are the knits machine washable?
It depends on the fibre blend, which is listed on each product page. Where the maker specifies hand wash or cold gentle cycle, we repeat that instruction rather than generalising.
Can I try things on in the shop?
Yes — 117 W 25th St, Monday to Saturday between 12:00 and 17:00. Call ahead on +1 212-647-1107 if you want a specific piece held.
When will my order arrive?
We pack within 1-2 business days and USPS or UPS takes 3-7 business days after that, so 4-9 business days from order in most cases.
