The Nature of Our Products (Exemptions)
Due to the nature of our inventory, the following items are exempt from standard returns:
| Hygiene & Health | For health and safety reasons, any items that have been worn, used, washed, or removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned. |

Standard Returns
For eligible items:
| Notification & Return Window | You have 30 days from the date of delivery from the date of delivery to notify us and return the item. |

| Condition | Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition with all tags attached. |
No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent service. New York Vintage Inc charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right:
| Reporting | Please report any damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery. |
